Refund policy
WALLPAPER ORDER RETURN POLICY:
Chelsea Lane & Co does not issue refunds or accept returns. Wallpaper and fabric orders eligible for exchange must be within the 30-day exchange window, are subject to a restocking fee, and require prior review and approval before an exchange can be processed. Certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as per the manufacturer’s policies. All custom wallpaper sales and orders are final unless the product is deemed damaged or defective by the manufacturer’s representative, in which case it will be replaced if reported within the 60-day replacement period. If an exchangeable product is re-selected for a lower-priced item, the price difference will be issued as store credit, which must be used within one calendar year from the date of issuance. Chelsea Lane & Co is not responsible for installation issues, whether performed by our team or an external installer, and such issues do not entitle the purchaser to a refund, exchange, or store credit for materials.
