How many rolls of wallpaper do I need?

We can assist you with calculating the amount of wallpaper rolls that you need. To properly ensure correct quantity, measure the width and height of each wall where you would like to apply the wallpaper. Do not exclude windows, doors, cabinets, etc.

With these measurements, our showroom associates can assist you with calculating the exact roll quantity.

How much does a roll of wallpaper cost?

The price of each wallpaper roll is determined by brand. We carry many brands with a broad range of pricing, starting around $80 a double roll and increasing from there. Please inform us if you have a budget you would like to stay within so we can best assist you with your selection.

How long will my wallpaper take to deliver?

Most of our manufacturers will ship out materials within 5-7 business days, with the exception of products that are on back-order. Please note that some items ship from overseas, which will require more time for delivery. It is a good idea to inform your sales associate if you have a specific deadline for your project.

What is the difference between a single roll, double roll, and bolt?

As an industry standard, wallpaper is typically priced by the single roll but packaged and sold by the double roll (bolt) as most wallpaper orders require a minimum of two single rolls. (Double rolls are also sometimes referred to as European rolls.) This can be confusing and at Chelsea Lane & Co. we pride ourselves on what we refer to as “no hidden prices”. All of the wallpaper pricing on our website is based on the minimum order required for that brand and each listing clearly states how that item is packaged and sold.

What is your return policy?

Chelsea Lane & Co. does not issue refunds. All orders that are within the 30 day exchange window are subject to a restocking fee and must be reviewed before an exchange can be made. Some products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable as per manufacturer’s policies. All custom sales and orders are final, unless product is deemed damaged/defective by manufacturer’s representative. The defective product will be replaced as long as it falls within the 60 day replacement period. If you purchase a product that is exchangeable, and re-select a product that is less expensive, the difference will be left as a store credit for future use that will expire within one calendar year.
